Yoga for K-6 Grade
We will engage in playful explorations of yoga poses that will have us moving like animals, swaying like trees, and learning to move and breathe mindfully, all while having fun! Yoga can help us feel calm and focused and give us tools of mindfulness that can help us in all areas of our lives. Parents are welcome to join us for no additional charge or hangout and enjoy some coffee in our lounge.
